Who We Are Muni Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee company rooted in quality, creativity, and community. Founded in London and now based in Lindau, we bring a fresh, urban energy to everything we do — from brewing exceptional coffee to crafting a seasonal, vibrant food menu.
Our passionate, growing team is launching our flagship café in August 2025 in Lindau’s main shopping centre — a modern, welcoming space where great food meets great coffee.
About the Role: Kitchen Assistant
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to support daily operations in our new café and roastery. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves early mornings, fresh ingredients, and fast-paced hospitality.
You’ll work alongside our chef and café manager to help deliver our signature brunch menu, which blends Filipino-inspired flavours, London brunch vibes, and German café classics. Expect to assist with vibrant breakfast plates, fresh bakes, and in-house prep — all done with care and creativity.
Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing breakfast and brunch dishes to high standards
Support baking of pastries, tray bakes, and artisan breads
Help manage mise en place and kitchen organisation
Follow food safety (HACCP) and hygiene standards
Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and ready for service
Communicate well with the team for smooth kitchen-to-FOH flow
You Might Be a Great Fit If You… Have a passion for great food and specialty coffee
Have 1+ year of kitchen or café experience, ideally with baking or prep work
Are a fast learner with attention to detail
Stay calm and efficient during busy periods
Value cleanliness, organisation, and consistency
Are a team player with a positive attitude
Are open to flexible shifts and seasonal menus
Speak basic German or fluent English
